Problems
Ice - “led’’ - ‘’lead” - in winter the different climate results in sheet ice in the streets. You can finish up on your back even without a drink. In the Czech Republic they usually change tires, one set is for summer and one set is for winter season.
Alkohol allowance - no allowance, you cannot drive if you drink even a glass of beer of wine!
Lights on - in the winter season all cars must use lights even if sunshine day!
Speed limit - 50km/h in the villages and towns  /  90km/h outside    /  130km/h on highways
Roads and highways - roads free of charge, if you drive highways you need to buy highway voucher and stick it to the front window. It is available on almost all gas stations and on the border
